Our company ethos is to develop and build long-term relationships with our
clients and grow through the positive press our clients and candidates give us
for a job well done. In fact the majority of the new work we now receive is
through recommendation or through the people we have placed returning to us as
clients when they themselves need to recruit.
We differentiate ourselves by providing a much more accurate shortlist and
having the confidence to provide only one or two candidates when criteria is
tight. If we feel your view of the candidate market or the criteria you have set
are unrealistic we will say so, and advise you on an alternative course of
action.
